Temporary Accommodation

Individuals and families can find themselves homeless for all kinds of reasons.

We work with Local Authorities across the UK to provide temporary accommodation to alleviate homelessness and help people get back on their feet.

Whether they are with us for days, weeks or months, we provide practical support to many of our residents, including help to claim benefits and pay bills and support to access training or employment.

We also support our residents to move on to a more permanent home when they are ready to do so.

Getting a home

If you find yourself homeless, you should contact your Local Authority who have a duty to house you.

If you are allocated a home with Mears Living, we will sign you up and explain everything you need to know about being a Mears Living tenant.
