If you are a private landlord and we are managing properties on your behalf, we will email you each month with a statement. If you have not received yours, contact us to request your missing statement and we will email it to you within three working days.
If the terms of your agreement state you are responsible for carrying out repairs to your property, you must do these in a timely fashion when requested and provide us with evidence of the work completed.

Taking back your property
If you would like to take back possession of your property, please contact us directly to let us know. Following your instruction, our Landlord Services team will serve the tenants residing in the properties with the relevant notices, as outlined in their tenancy agreements.
