
Jonathan heads up the Mears Living division of Mears Group. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business, performance, growth and customer service. Jon is passionate about social housing and has nearly 20 years’ experience working at an executive level in the social housing sector.

Stuart manages our customer contact and experience centre, based in Manchester. His team helps support the delivery of excellent customer services for the regions and ensure the customer's experience is at the forefront. Stuart has managed customer contact centres in housing and the customer service industry for the past 15 years.
Our Registered Provider Board oversees the work of our two registered providers, Plexus and Omega.
