Jon is passionate about social housing and has nearly 20 years’ experience working at an executive level in the social housing sector.
Rob heads up our team of housing officers and manages our day to day social and affordable housing management operation. Rob has a background in housing management with more than 14 years’ experience of delivering housing services, under contract, to central and local government departments and private sector clients.
Stuart manages our customer contact Centre, based in Manchester. The members of his team are the first point of contact for all our customers and are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Stuart has managed customer contact centres in housing and the customer service industry for the past 15 years.
Louise leads on customer engagement, communications and compliance at Mears Living. Louise has more than 20 years’ experience managing marketing and communications and customer engagement in predominantly public sector and housing organisations.
Colin manages our in-house repairs and maintenance team who carry out work to keep tenants’ homes safe and in good order. Colin has been running repairs and maintenance services for Mears Group for the past 13 years and is passionate about delivering excellent services for customers.
Angela has 20 years' experience working in housing and homelessness across the public, private and voluntary sectors, developing and delivering field and office-based housing management and advice services across Scotland. Angela looks after our homes in Scotland as well as our Private rented sector accommodation.
