What we're doing well and where we need to improve
As a registered provider, we must let our tenants know how well we are performing when it comes to delivering services to you. This includes things like how satisfied you are with our service, how well we are performing against our targets for completing repairs, the number and nature of complaints we receive... and so on.
We continuously monitor our performance and set targets for how we want to improve.

Current Performance: Satisfaction with Repairs
We survey tenants after every repair to see what they thought of our service. These figures show the percentage of tenants who said they were either satisfied or very satisfied.
