Following Government announcements at the weekend about a further national lockdown, we are currently still operating a full service. We are able to do this because we have adapted our working practices to ensure we can work safely in people’s homes.
If you have a repair or a visit scheduled, it will go ahead as planned and you don’t need to call us to confirm.
We are monitoring the situation closely and if new Government advice is issued that means we have to change the way we work, we will let you know.
