Thank you to all those who responded to our Tenant Satisfaction survey in March this year. After looking at the response rate of 4% the Senior Management Team have decided to send out a further survey to all tenants to get even more insight into your thoughts, views and opinions on the services we have and how we can make improvements for the future.
Your feedback is incredibly important to us. We know we could do things better and we are working hard to make improvements, but we also need to make sure that any changes we make are the right ones and will have a positive impact on your experience as a Mears Living tenant.
We are also going to ensure that the results of the feedback are shared and that any service improvements plans are also published so you can see what we intend to do following your feedback and to show you that we are listening.
