We would like to remind tenants that, at the current time, as we continue to respond to the challenges posed by Covid-19, we can only carry out essential repairs in homes. This includes things like issues with gas, or electrical faults which may pose a risk to your safety.
If you have something that needs fixing and it is not classed as 'essential', this will be added to a waiting list. We recognise that if you have repairs that we cannot carry out, this will be frustrating and we apologise for that.
